By understanding the complex regulatory and policy framework for the funding, licensing and quality
provision of diagnostic and therapeutic health services in independent health facilities, community
clinics and hospitals, I am able to quickly assess options and recommend the best strategies to
facilitate the establishment and maximize the potential of health service sites.
Quality Assurance
My experience working closely with the ministry’s x-ray inspection services as well as the
College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario to carry out the legislated quality
assurance program, allows me to assist clinic owners address regulated requirements.

develop the best strategy to position your proposal or business plan in the context of current health
care service delivery policies, funding, quality assurance, governance and regulatory requirements.
